Since GGG was supposed to buff self-casting i decided to give ice-spear a try this league. I quite like the balance between offence and defense inquisitor gives. In the end I think I managed to create a quite well rounded character with decent clear, good survivability and quite good DPS(doing about 15m dps on a somewhat not to bad budget without any flask). Think i have spent about 20-25 ex on the character. Where as a good 80 percent of that was on belt and chest. Any good ideas on areas i can improve on my build?

Quick Summary 4.5Mil Sirus DMG on a 5L (actually more but I kept shock minimum, its more like 25%) Over 6Mil Sirus Damage in 6L (avg. More with higher shock and chilled ground maintain) Tabula can take you to Sirus with 2.6Mil Dmg at Level 80ish. Pros (aka Why not Skele Mages?)
