Since GGG was supposed to buff self-casting i decided to give ice-spear a try this league. I quite like the balance between offence and defense inquisitor gives. In the end I think I managed to create a quite well rounded character with decent clear, good survivability and quite good DPS(doing about 15m dps on a somewhat not to bad budget without any flask). Think i have spent about 20-25 ex on the character. Where as a good 80 percent of that was on belt and chest.

Any good ideas on areas i can improve on my build?
