PoE League Starter, Bossing builds without Champion, Guardian, Hierophant, Inquisitor

Hello all, My friends have been asking for my skelly mage build from 3.17 and I thought I'd share it here, there are a few differences/additions from what I've seen on other builds. It's extremely tanky. Custom mods are from an AG setup. This was a highly optimized character that I spent 2 months building, so the gear is expensive. But it gives you an idea of what to aim for. Hey there. I wanted to present the build I want to run this league. Disclaimer: It's not a league starter, I will start as PF PC and switch toward it once I get everything needed. Disclaimer 2: It's not a guide, it's an idea. After watching Empyrian's newest video, I was reminded of world carver and was curious if I could put something together that actually resembled something useful while mapping/bossing. To catch those interested up, World Carver gloves place a slipstream on the ground once you spend 200 mana with a 4 second cooldown. If you combine that with Torrent's Reclamation, and Tailwind from Deadeye Ascendent node, you end up with 28% increased action speed.
