PoE 3.13 Ritual, 3.26 Secrets of the Atlas builds

How the build works: 1. Arc in Mjolnir for clear - hits 6.06 times a second for around 1mil dps 2. Ball Lightning CoC in chest - calculation is average hit 6.06 11 3. Very tanky with nearly 9k HP pool, fortify, close to 2k regen, and the big thing - x4 surging vitality cluster notables regening 4k effective life every 5 seconds thanks to Pious Path. Can ramp up the damage to crazy levels with the following if you have the budget: 1. CDR boots and 7.5 attacks per second 2. Bottled Faith 3. Divergent Ball lightning 4. Watchers Eye 5. Frostbolt ice nova battlemage seems like a really fun direction to take the new ascendancy, but there seem to be a lot of limiting factors on it in either the 2h or wander varieties. 2H - this seems best as a pure ice nova build, since pledge of hands is very nice, but cwc cyclone seems unappealing since cwc can be awkward with charging fanaticism. I've never sat down and made a build from complete scratch. First attempt, just wanted to see if I could find something to abuse the new battlemage inquisitor. I think fire wall and burning arrow is an interesting concept. Here is a rough POB setup for frost bomb. A lot is missing and could be improved, but all things considered I don't think it is that bad... Gotta set up its defenses though if I want to use it. I am looking for general thoughts on it. I know it is missing a lot, I'm relatively new to making POBs so I still don't know where to add everything or how to make reasonable rares.

POB: I'd like some feedback on what I've thrown together so far. I disabled most temp buffs, reliant on flasks etc, disabled Ass mark, but it's a big crit increase on bosses, so rupture should always be up. Also have ensnaring arrow with a totem and increased crits to make sure of that. My first instinct is to abuse it with a support spell that uses a different element and exists for the sole purpose of generating resonance for your main skill. So I'm attempting to make something interesting with a charged dash raider. I have a very very rough pob setup that is not meant to look complete. A few questions I have: Would the Avatar of Slaughter route + getting more frenzy charges be better than taking Avatar of the Veil? I don't know how the POB deals with the exposure. Could use Despair or Elemental Weakness. Despair will add a bit of extra chaos damage to the hit and might work better against bosses. Need to figure out how I will get multiple curses out. So here's my build for the league. I don't want to say it's min-maxed, but it's pretty optimistic in terms of gear... I'm hoping harvest crafting is still OP, but if it isn't, it's easy to make this build into a heavily nerfed budget version. With the changes to cobra lash, i decided to try something i had never done before : a poison build. This is a scuffed build from my hierophant that I'm trying to convert into Inquisitor with fanaticism and consecrated ground in mind. The idea is to use cyclone with cwc creeping frost to generate power charges and keep stacking fanaticism charges while benefiting massively through a storm call burst damage with 75% cast speed and AOE.
