How the build works:
- Arc in Mjolnir for clear - hits 6.06 times a second for around 1mil dps
- Ball Lightning CoC in chest - calculation is average hit * 6.06 * 11
- Very tanky with nearly 9k HP pool, fortify, close to 2k regen, and the big thing - x4 surging vitality cluster notables regening 4k effective life every 5 seconds thanks to Pious Path.
Can ramp up the damage to crazy levels with the following if you have the budget:
- CDR boots and 7.5 attacks per second
