[Path of Exile] Skeleton Mages POB Dead Reckoning League Starter Budget Build for 3.13 Ritual - 678

This doesn't include the 50% more damage buff or 50% more projectile speed buff and it still looks pretty good. It is entirely dependant on getting the dead reckoning jewel. Skeleton mages seem very powerful now and a great alternative to my league starter but I will still go melee physical skeletons/zombies necromancer :D
