PoE Bossing, Simulacrum, T17 builds with custom stat filters

Hi guys, I'd like to introduce my strongest build from last league. It's a 99% immortal build, can facetank most boss slam include Maven memory game and Meven mind blast. Only a handful of mechanics in the game, such as Drowning Orbs, Searing Runes, and Sirus's storms... are actually capable of killing it. On top of that, it has excellent DPS, enough to delete or even phase-skip Uber bosses. It also offers fast map clear thanks to explosions and high cast speed. The build can handle almost every content. T17 maps and Uber bosses are a breeze, and I even managed to kill the 100% Delirious

Not a professional build creator or content creator so don't expect perfection or exploding logos. Also it is a long video but there are timestamps in the description. I am really happy with how this build turned out and I find it very fun to play. Let me introduce you to a skill that has received a significant buff this league compared to other melee skills (top 10 most buffed). It was bugged last league and will be fixed this league, the bug was a hard cap at 1sec duration (you couldn't go below it), now it will be possible to go below it, which changes everything. This is my league starter Necro build for Affliction. I've been playing pretty much exclusively minion builds since Delve league. I've put together successfully, almost every SRS variation out there (I'm sure there's more variations that I haven't thought of, but every conversions at least - Fire/cold/light/chaos/phys/pop).
