There's many different ways you can build hexblast miner and this is what I went for to have some more tankiness while mapping to 100. Defense feels very comfortable. 82% Evasion, 86% after getting hit and 95% with Vaal Grace. Damage is enough for me and by swapping out a few items you can achieve a lot more (Atziri's Reflection for +1chaos/100% spell damage shield, Kintsugi for offensive body armor like Dialla's, Frenzy charge annoint on amulet). I cleared T17, Sanctum, normal bosses on this. Didn't try UBER bosses yet but I will eventually.
