PoE 3.23 Affliction Heist builds

A 100% MoM character has been possible for the past couple league in standard but I couldn't afford it (double PC rings, weapon trees). Now with the MoM from TWWT, it's much easier to achieve 100%. PoB: The build focuses on mana and recovery, notably recoup and the regen from TWWT. For additional mitigation, the build uses Chaos Inoculation and Divine Flesh. Use Brand Recall to force the secondary debuff from Wintertide Brand to activate faster. Cold Snap for single target. Swap to Devoto's Devotion for more movespeed (also lets you drop the dex node). Can also swap Malevolence for Haste. Sadly can't really use Petrified Blood, on paper it's more ehp than Discipline but Vaal Discipline is more useful imo. Leave out LL if you want to be tankier. I left out Defiance Banner for now because of reservation issues. A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

Heyo, typical AFK abyss abusing MF chieftain here, Pob for no reason: I wanted to ask how i can get away with increasing my single target via removing my MF gear (ring, boots, gloves, chest) so i can participate in some of the challenges that involve killing a boss or simu or heist or whatever, Simply swapping mf peices for rares or uniques and adding in (insert single target skill here) in these peices and call it a day doing enough dps to clear bosses, Was considering penance brand since thats what all the fuss is about on a cloak of flame or maybe bodyswap?

SHOCK EFFECT I've tested shock effect vs Uber Pinnacle Bosses. It ranges from 35% to 42%. The boss died before it got higher I guess lol. The test was conducted using my rare crafted stygian vise belt, not HH.
