PoE Cast when Damage Taken, League Starter, Critical, Simulacrum builds

Yo fellas, lets talk about Cold BV and using the new Ring Anathema. I leaguestarted right away with this Build as I saw the last line on the "Asphyxia's Wrath" Quiver and "Anathema" the new Curse Ring which sets your Curse Limit at your Maximum Power Charges. The last line says "Hexes transfer to all enemies in a range of 30 when hexed enemies dies". Since most Cold BV builds already playing with this Quiver and have a lot of Power Charges, this would be the perfect Playground. Since I´ve seen more and more people wanting to play CoC I want to provide you guys with my own CoC I´m currently playing.I created this because my league start with SRS Necro was so unbelievably bad that only CoC was able to give me some redemption. Since i played the Occu version of this build the past 2 leagues i wanted to test out something new. The budget for this version should be no more than 20-25 div. Asenath's Gentle Touch is cheap AF this league and makes PBV insane ATM for farming T16s. Ming's Heart + chaos catalyst is crazy damage for phys poison builds. Obliteration is also pretty crazy. Arcanist Brand BFBB makes the build's bossing much more acceptable for dumb fights, and is a moderate investment gear swap. The tree is set up for fast shield charging + QoL things like big AoE for mapping, inc. skill duration, unleash seals, charge on kill, etc. Despite all of this it absolutely slaps damage-wise.
