I brainstormed permanent vaal arctic armour before the Phrecia2.0 league start. And now I have implemented the build. Although in a different direction, twice.

You can face tank pretty much everything in the game, but it comes with some major clunk. Also it's not cheap if you want to clear ubers. This tech is currently impossible outside of Phrecia.
