Tanjar's Notes

-------HOW TO PROGRESS YOUR GEAR------- First of all, get yourself a Bitterdream and Carcass Jack. Then Mutewind Steps after if they're available. These will carry you through to red maps easily and can even clear t16 maps, although it is a bit slow. Saffell's Frame can then help with some resistances and damage. Fill out the rest of your gear with generic life and resistance pieces. Check the price of Ralakesh Impatience with the Power Charge roll. These are pretty much the entry item to swap to the Crit version of the build, since these will actually cost a bit whereas the other items will be only a few chaos. If the Ralakesh Impatience boots are too pricey and it's becoming an issue with farming money, you can get a 6 link body armour, put your Winter Orb in there and use a high rolled Mystic Refractor wand. This wand gives you +3 projectiles but stops your projectiles from doing anything after they land, which doesn't effect Winter Orb. It's actually a pretty perfect wand for Worb. You can then swap the Multiple Projectiles support for a damage support. Once you have Ralakesh Impatience, buy your Tulfall, Willclash, and Malachai's Loop. Try to get a good rolls of each if they're still cheap. Grab a Graven's Secret belt. These drop from Maven very often so hopefully they will be available for cheap unless you're incredibly fast! Then focus on a 6 link Body armour with high energy shield since you want to swap to Chaos Innoculation. Get some good ES gloves with nice resistances, and fix your flasks up! Now try to buy two Foulborn Romira's Banquet rings. They should be very cheap, and you will hopefully be able to buy ones with decent Crit Multi for a pretty good price. But don't worry too much about the Crit Multi if its pricey. At this stage, you should be clearing stuff fairly easily, but you might be feeling a little squishy, or may have the feeling of things being a bit clunky with Worb. We're about to fix that! Your next two upgrades are jewels for the passive tree. You want to be getting: -The Red Nightmare: You can put this in the far left of the tree and use Tattoo's of the Ngamahu Firewalker to convert the strength in the area to fire res. This will give you a bunch of attack block and will be a huge defensive boost -Elegant Hubris of Caspiro - This goes next to either Pain Attunement or Mind over Matter, depending whats available on the market. You want an Elegant Hubris of Caspiro with at least one "10% Chance to gain a Frenzy Charge on Hit" passive that you can easily reach. Once you've got that, you can spec in to the Supreme Ostentation Keystone passive it grants to fix any potential attribute issues, and buy the next upgrade! Once you have the frenzy charge generation from the Elegant Hubris, buy a Badge of the Brotherhood. This will set your Max Frenzy Charges to the same as your Max Power Charges. This is an incredibly free source of Cast Speed and damage, and should fix any feelings of clunkiness when playing, since the Cast Speed will mean that you can essentially just tap Worb as you run around to keep the stacks maintained. From this point, Live search the Dying Sun flask and try to buy one whenever its a good price. Use Multiple Projectiles Support up until you've bought it to make up for those lost projectiles. Next you want to try and get a cold cluster jewel with Blanketed Snow, Prismatic Heart, and Widespread Destruction. Widespread Destruction will go to the back of the Jewels area, meaning you can grab the other two. With that, you want an AoE cluster Jewel with Magnifier and Vast Power, as well as a Crit Cluster jewel with Pressure Points and Precise Retaliation. Then you can get your Small Cluster Jewels. One reservation jewel with Righteous Path and one block jewel with Enduring Ward to generate Endurance Charges. The mana you just freed up should allow you to potentially fit in some new auras, check the skills tab for what kinda stuff you should be running. At this point, I'd recommend adding Tempest Shield. Now we're starting to reach the endgame items. Check the price on Tattoo's. If Energy Shield tattoo's are cheap, replace all the +10 int on your tree with ES!Next you'll be wanting another Blanketed Snow, Widespread Destruction, Prismatic Heart cold cluster jewel. Once again you'll be putting Earlier you bought an Elegant Hubris with 10% Chance to Gain a Frenzy Charge on Hit. Now, we want the same but with a lot of damage rolls in close proximity to the Keystone passive. Do some searching in PoB to find a good one. Remember, you could be doing this next to Pain Attunement OR Mind over Matter. Wherever you find the better deal on an Elegant Hubris. BUT BEFORE YOU BUY, the next upgrade is going to be an Impossible Escape with either the Pain Attunement or Mind over Matter roll (Depending on where your Elegant Hubris is going). This lets you allocate passives around that area without having to path to them. So check the prices on those too in case one has gone super pricey for some reason! At this point you can check the price on some corrupted uniques you're using! The biggest one you want is +1 power charge on your Willclash, which is normally around 10 Divines from my experience. You could also get %block on Malachai's loop which will hopefully cap out your attack block! Also check out Graven's Secret for Crit Multi. That's a pretty nice and fairly easy upgrade too! Next you'll be wanting another Blanketed Snow, Widespread Destruction, Prismatic Heart cold cluster jewel. Once again you'll be putting an AoE Medium Cluster with Magnifier and Vast Power, as well as a Crit Medium Cluster with Pressure Points and Precise Retaliation in there! Check the prices on Forbidden Flame/Flesh jewels! Mastermind of Discord is the best option available, but Shaper of Storms is also a great alternative! If they're a good price, grab them up! If not, keep an eye on them because you'll be wanting them! If you get them, put them in the Jewel Sockets in your new medium clusters. If you didn't buy them, just grab some cluster jewels that might fix any issues in your build like resistances, or ES, or just grab some crit multi ones. Now we want to grab a Watcher's Eye with Energy Shield on Hit, as well as another nice mod, such as a Damage mod from Zealotry (Like "Critical Strikes Penetrate % of Enemy Elemental Resistances While Affected by Zealotry) Next you want to look at crafting/buying a body armour with spell crit / aura effect / +1 curse. You can check my video to see how I did it, but with the 3.29 BOAT mechanics, I feel like it's going to be a hell of a lot easier to craft now. You can now swap out one of your large cluster jewels for a 12 passive cold damage, 35% effect, attack and cast speed, all res, max ES cluster. Either buy one, or get a fractured 35% 12 passive cold cluster and spam speed mods in the Horticrafting Bench At some point I'm hoping you upgraded your gloves to something a little better. But now we're making giga gloves. You want to get gloves with fractured "damage with hits against chilled enemies", unveiled crit chance/ele damage if you've crit recently, and a ton of energy shield. Check out my Worb episode 3 to see how I crafted them You've pretty much swapped out of block to focus damage now, so you can buy a double foulborn Blue Dream to replace your Red Nightmare, and instead Tattoo the int in the area to lightning res for more ES Try to get %Zealotry corruptions on your Foulborn Romira's rings If you've gotten this far, well done! You've outgeared my Zero to Hero and you're on your own now BUDDY BOY. ---------3.29 CHANGES------- We've gained +2 projectiles to Winter Orb, as well as a bunch of damage, but also lost Screams of the Dessicated. We want to get to 5 Projectiles with 2.4m of AoE radius ideally, as this will guaruntee that 4 of our Worb projectiles overlap on enemies. Since we can't use Screams of the Dessicated anymore, we can keep the Graven's Secret belt for tankiness, and use flasks. We'll use a Dying Sun flask for +2 projectiles, which makes 5 projectiles total. That way, we can drop Greater Multiple Projectiles for an actual damage support! This also means we've dropped the Nameless King ascendancy for +1 ring, and instead just taken the Frigid Wake ascendancy for the extra damage. The new Occultist Ascendancy with with 50% more damage for channelling skills MIGHT be good. The issue with it is that it requires you to constantly have channelled for at least a second which might feel clunky considering we often only have to tap our Winter Orb to maintain stacks thanks to our enormous cast speed. It would also cause SIGNIFICANT mana issues. Profane bloom is also an option for explosions, but we already clear multiple screens thanks to our Herald of Ice + Scornful Herald setup so that seems like a waste. Since we don't have Screams of the Dessicated to generate Endurance and Frenzy charges for us, the endgame version of this build will require some items from the midgame version. The small cluster jewel that generates Endurance Charges on block is back in, and we're once again using an Elegant Hubris with "Frenzy Charge on Hit". When looking for an Elegant Hubris of Caspiro, make sure it has one "Frenzy Charge on Hit" mod, and one "Mana reservation efficiency" mod to make the tree and aura setup in this endgame PoB work. Then you can just search for whatever has the highest DPS with those mods. There's a lot of youtube guides for searching up Timeless Jewels if you need help figuring this out! We've lost Mirage coins for imbued supports, which is a big nerf to all builds. Luckily we make up the damage with the Worb buffs! We end up massively overcapped on resistances with freeze immunity thanks to our ascendancy, so dropping Purity of Elements is an option if you don't want to pick up all the reservation efficiency.
