I found voltaxic burst after testing out spells I haven't played and really liked it. I tried making a build for it, and for the first time I managed to make a build that feels good for T16 clear. So I wanted to share since it's off meta and can handle AN and the current 3.19 changes. I've been taking the league really slow so I haven't run a lot of the end game bosses yet, but it had no issues with Guardians, Searing, Eater, Elder, and mastermind. I've been working on a PoB for a Lightning Conduit build that doesn't require using multiple skills. Just run through the map and press one button to kill packs. This is achieved by using Choir of the Storm and having 100% crit chance on Lightning Conduit. In addition, when running into a new pack, they should be shocked by Lightning Bolt, which is triggered by Herald of Thunder having a high crit chance. Just in case we need a little more coverage, we can also use Fire Burst on hit with elemental proliferation to further spread shock every 1s. Make sure your cast speed doesn't go over 5

This is NOT a leaguestarter due to uniques needed, I would go a classic CHIEFTAIN if you leaguestart with it due to things being much easier and cheaper if you do so. I think this build has some interesting synergies. Vulconus in main hand and Nycta's Lantern for Battlemage in the offhand makes for a good combo, when you take Avatar of Fire on the tree as well as bleed the enemy somehow. This was originally a BV/EK Stormwall into Fulcrum full conversion build, but then they removed Stormwall so I had to change plans or be left without being able to league start. After I've posted about Evasion and Armour Based Attack Builds, I thought I would theorize about Armour Based Spellcasters too. I've taken the Standard Inquisitor Spellcaster and worked on its defensive properties a bit - this recycles mostly defensive concepts from the previous posts but I feel like its worth showcasing nonetheless. 20Mil DPS, 14,7 Mil without Focus, 45k AR 45k EVA flasked, 60/45/60k max hit. Leveraging BV with Dual Curse, Dot multi with Crits and some moderate gem level scaling. Hey there, recently tried to theorycraft around the newly buffed Blade Vortex. While there are a couple of staples out there like the Occultist/Inquis variants, I wanted to try and create a build that can replicate a bit of the former Indigon Glory days.
