3.16 Update: So this build just circa doubled its damage in 3.16, which is huge and will especially help with singletarget. Here's the thing, it's still not worth going for as a leaguestarter! It needs a lot of specific gear and unless you are experienced enough to overcome those hurdles quickly, it will feel bad. So do I recommend this build in 3.16? HELL YEAH Do I recommend this build as a leaguestarter? ONLY if you are very experienced, otherwise stay away from it!

Headhunter actually scales this build very well since the "Physical added as x" will work, which isn't the case for most other Ignite Builds.
