PoE League Starter, SSF, Movement builds with custom stat filters

After testing in 3.25 and doing a private-league SSF test a week ago on a fresh character, as well as reviewing the 3.26 patch notes, the Cyclone Shockwave Slayer remains a solid league starter with some nice buffs for Secrets of the Atlas! TLDR: 8~11M DPS full buffs (Totems, flasks), 2.5~3.5M without buffs, 6k+ life, 5~6k leech per second, stun immune, 72% suppress. I often see Oro's Sacrifice Flicker as being just a very budget and crappy version of Flicker Strike, so I wanted to see how far you can take it with moderate investment. What I find particularly unique about Oro's Sacrifice is how well it fits with Slayer and Kaom's Heart, so we're going to focus on scaling Health, Crit and max life leech. All gears are core only and have no influences. Only 3 uniques are Hiltless, Abyssus and Arn's Anguish. 6L is unnecessary, but having on hiltless is OK if affordable. You should be able to purchase all 3 with less than 30C ~day2. What stats to aim for in each gear is already stated on gear name. Other explicits you can just look for resistances to fill and physical damage when possible. I placed T1 resists on all the gears and let them overrun the 75% mark so you can tell for yourself the minimum tier for each (eg:33% overkill for fire res etc). Build highly flexible, can also do SSF day1: -
