PoE Cyclone, Cold, Duration builds

TL;DR| Pob link here: ---|--- Quick Explanation | A level 24 creeping frost skill gem is used to simulate the expected damage of a level 20 FB skill gem (based on comparisons with Searing Bond.) On Shako, I've added a 410% more damage over time modifier to simulate the level 30 version of the skill (based on searing bond's scaling.) AKA Creepy old man shotgunning with high quality COC. POB: Same concept as Jungroan's Crest of Desire Creeping Frost build last league, but with Dialla's Malefaction, we can go COC instead, for easier gameplay. We are also able to use Divergent Berserk with the new Kaom's gloves, which is just perfect for COC as you get much needed attack speed too. Uptime is decent and ES regen still works to sustain RF. Looking for input on the following build. I filled in a passive tree and added the mandatory items I know of. I'm going for a Low Life Occultist that uses cyclone+CoC+cold dot. From how I picture this... 1) cyclone crits and causes cold snap to proc. cold snap generates frenzy charges. Hello. I want to share with you my Frostblink Occultist build. I wanted to create it since Blight league, but Badge of the Brotherhood always was very expensive for me. Now its under 3ex so i decided to try. This build has only \~5k HP, but combined with 72/44 block with Glancing Blows, Malediction, Frigid Wake, permanent freezing and always moving i dont feel this build completely squishy. I would say it has 6/10 survivability. Obviously, sometimes i getting oneshots, mostly in Ultimatms, but in this league all dying there.
