Overview
CoC Vortex of Projection Showcase - T17 Strats & Uber Bosses is a Path of Exile Hierophant build by binsu, made for the Secrets of the Atlas league (3.26). It is centered on Vortex of Projection and plays as a intelligence, spell, area, cold archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 227.03M DPS with 178.02K effective HP, 2.98K life, 3.13K energy shield. Suited for: T17, Bossing. Key uniques include Kitava's Thirst, Mageblood, Svalinn, Anathema, Cloak of Defiance.

Disclaimer: This build is pretty expensive now with the upgraded pieces but I ran most of the league with much cheaper variants. It is my only build so I dumped currency into it.
I like CoC so I wanted to turn my league starter into a CoC variation and could not find anyone doing a Heiro variant so I kinda winged it a bit. I could definitely get tankier but I believe I found a decent balance on damage and tankiness,,.at least I can run any content so far without the use of doryani's. Next thing I want to try is Lightning Conduit of the Heavens, which I can do with my current setup but single target isn't the best.
