Disclaimer: This build is pretty expensive now with the upgraded pieces but I ran most of the league with much cheaper variants. It is my only build so I dumped currency into it. Hey everyone, I've come across the Bronn's Lith Version of CoC Frostblink with Wintry Blast, and while it undoubtedly dishes out insane DPS, it's essentially a cast-on-death portal build that folds at the slightest glance. Looking for input on the following build. I filled in a passive tree and added the mandatory items I know of. I'm going for a Low Life Occultist that uses cyclone+CoC+cold dot. From how I picture this... 1) cyclone crits and causes cold snap to proc. cold snap generates frenzy charges.
