PoE Trickster, Chaining builds without Exsanguinate, Hexblast, Splitting Steel

DPS is configured for Uber bosses. Mostly just sharing because I am also a newer player, and never had a ton of currency this league, but was able to accomplish the Ubers without any big purchases with this build, and it was a lot of fun to play. You can farm and craft a decent chunk of the items too. No cluster jewels at all which can be very expensive. Was very interested by this gem when I saw it, I have barely made any builds before in POE so any advice would be more than appreciated! Budget isn't really a problem, just want to clear some T16s while having fun on a somewhat tanky build

I've been working on this build for a bit over a week now, spending more time in POB and trade than actually playing several of those days. A few people asked me for a POB for build I'm playing. Should note it's not mine (further down). It's far from optimised, but this is it. I need better charms for crit multi per power charge, unstable infusion, better chest and helmet, better jewels now I don't need as much res and str/dex. For what it is though I run 8 map mod legion in T16 jungle valleys, as many whisps as I can get. I can tank almost anything and the map mods have to be dicey af and a few things have to line up to one shot me. Most of the budget is MB for 150 Div when I got it and maybe another 25 Div for everything else

Rambling follows: I've been wanting to run a non-crit lightning build as long as I've been aware of the mastery, but never managed to make a decent enough PoB. I always end up all over the place. I'm excited for the new lightning skills and the trickster rework. Everytime I'm tinkering with lightning builds I'm kinda lost on the main skill even. I've got a ton of hours in PoE and want to league start a selfmade build in SSF this upcoming league. The idea is to use arc in a 6 link (with overcharge support) to deliver fat shocks and to use a 6 linked lightning conduit for actual damage. Hi, I was checking all the replica items to see if I could find a fun new item to build around and I saw the new replica Duskdawn. It's identical to the original, but instead of criticial chance for spells it has base crit chance, bringing it to a respectable \~10%, with 1.25 APS.
