This is just a rough guide if you cant annoint whipsers of doom,
if you can just look for good quality of life like jewels, chaos dot, life, res, crit chance/multi
For the gear just do life/res rares, if you are playing trade you can just follow some standard pcoc gearing
Play at your own risk, this build has not been tested past t5 maps/lvl 75 but should be decent
