PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.22 Ancestor Kinetic Blast, Mageblood, Legion builds

Like a boss Occultist Penance Brand of Dissipation Was a tough time and hard work to balance everything out. Now it is absolutely awesome and my favourite build I made so far. Since every other endgame content including ubers is done in seconds, I prefer to deep delve to have a challange. I switch Forbidden Flesh/Flame depending on the biome/stage/mods: Mastermind of Discord -- No crit reduction mods / no heavy ele dps Full DPS Setup: 200k hitpool (standard boss + Sigil of Power, stage 4) @ 120 Million DPS Bastion of Elements -- Nasty mods and Biomes like Smugglers Stash Tanky: 300k

Lets start with it not being cheap. at the time of me making this build it costed me 2 mirrors to make. if money isnt a problem and u wanna fuck around with memes while still being able to complete all content, this is for u. Abusing the high base damage and crit of soulrend of reaping, we can just ignore external sources of dmg and just scale gem levels. we further scale it by going crit and we get that from spark gloves. the rest is self explanatory by looking at the items

A few people asked me for a POB for build I'm playing. Should note it's not mine (further down). It's far from optimised, but this is it. I need better charms for crit multi per power charge, unstable infusion, better chest and helmet, better jewels now I don't need as much res and str/dex. For what it is though I run 8 map mod legion in T16 jungle valleys, as many whisps as I can get. I can tank almost anything and the map mods have to be dicey af and a few things have to line up to one shot me. Most of the budget is MB for 150 Div when I got it and maybe another 25 Div for everything else

I've been tweaking this build since legion. I got it to the point where I don't know if there is anything more I can get out of it. The chest I need to replace, most likely with foe mantle. The only thing I really don't like is I use the thread of hope for only two nodes. Panopticon is just so strong it almost seems like a must. But I would be happy with 50% of the dps it provides without having to rely on totems. This pob is fully buffed. Can turn off totems, rage, berserk, blitz, rampage, and it's about 102mil unbuffed. As the title says, I want a build that can one-shot legion. I came across this build, but I'm not sure if it's bait or not. Would this build be worth investing into, or should I look elsewhere? I assume it wouldn't make a big difference whether I have a mageblood or not.
