PoE 3.23 - High Budget Penance Brand Pathfinder - Juiced whisp wandering path legion beyond

This build has a good balance of speed, dps, and survivability. Very high budget, but designed for face tanking basically most mods (minus max res and no regen) for T16 wandering path maps. Can do ubers no problem, only weakness is ground dots. Swap Swiftbrand with Conc Effect for bossing.

Budget is ~2 mirror plus mageblood

Ailment immunity from Dominus jewel Rational Doctrine gives consecrated/profane ground 90% max res 100% phys converted to ele +242% move speed with adrenaline active (death rush ring) 80% reduced damage from crits Perma phasing AoE scaling from charm + TWWT jewel help clear with Herald of Ash'
