This is my first build from ground up that doesn't suck at first sight. It's an affordable, simple Blight occultist. Blight is chaos which can't be reflected, resisted less and it being DoT means we are dealing damage even when dodging. Hi All, First time build post, long time player. Started in BETA took a few years off in the middle and came back last league - having a blast with this one. I have had some great luck this league and found some nice items to support the build. My goal was to make a fast mapper that also handle high tier bosses and get through all content if I chose too. Hello fellow exiles! I would like to share with you a build idea I had for this league and tell you of the performance I 've seen so far with mid to high investment. The build : When reading the patch notes and seeing that CwC would receive a nerf of 40% less damage to compensate for the buffs to hand casting I thought that instead of using the usual trigger of Cyclone for CwC what if we used 2 spells that could combine with each other. As a result I came up with the combination of Incinerate + Anomalous Flame Surge. Flame Sur

Realistically this is 10x tankier than all those "20k EHP INQUISTOR GOD TIER" builds for 2 mirrors! i still see them getting 1 shot through 20k ehp because they don't have enough mitigation. they just have a large pool. SO HERE's my idea. and it works. This is super budget and can be even more budget with most gear if you sacrifice more damage. average is 500k Blight DPS. can go up to a million+ can go down to 250-200k easy to have even more life and mana. And that's fine since all we need to do is stand still and use blight. (this is a afk and right click boss killer not a mapper)

I originally started the league with a 1H Cyclone Slayer, but I wanted to try a new mechanic, and Hollow Palm was a relatively easy transition.
