PoE 3.23 Affliction Hierophant builds with custom stat filters

looks strong

PoB: The build uses Voltaxic Rift for chaos conversion and scales Arcane Surge effect for additional damage and cast speed.

There are some concessions, but not as many as you may think. Big Concessions: 1. You must drop Kalandra's or Blastrain (on your second manaforged setup). I think dropping blast rain makes sense, but I happened to randomly hit an unset ring that is just better than my current helical ring so I run that. I lose 52 chaos res doing this though, so if you have a perfect helical ring just drop blastrain imo. I also have some other options in the items you can find on trade for reasonable prices I think. Overall, the most important thin

Siege Ballista Guide by Hotchelli and heavy carrying from Rhine - I use this build stricly as a bosser and to rush Ubers early in league therefore i would not recommend my setups for strictly mapping, I sack alot of health tree nodes and rolls on gear for more damage. Earlygame: Grab key uniques- Iron commander Poised Prism Fractal thoughts (35%+ CRIT multi) Briskwrap (High cold res roll pref) Hrimsorrow (max rolls on strength and cold res always cheap) ^Once got these uniques can reroll into SB at 75^ then Garukhan

Disclaimer: not my original build modified from a creator to be able to use shield charge/ have an aegis swap. Walls of texts below with my incomplete understanding of what's available in poe: So this league's mechanics been pretty good, last league I feel like I jumped between builds a lot which was fun in its own way but this league would really like to push this char the most a noob can. Goals: survive some big hits from beyond bosses + deli orb, keep damage relatively similar if not slightly increase but also in non fully jui

@natetheexile on discord if you have any questions. Build abuses Indigon and Manaforged Arrows arrows to collect a large amount of % more damage, and % increased spell damage multipliers Battlemage converts the % spell damage to attack damage with a healthy 2.16x multiplier when scaled with warcry effect Only downside to using Battlemage's Cry is that we need to weapon swap to get the buff every 10s but if you go for potency of will + duration mastery it could be increased to every 14.5 seconds at the cost of Battle Rouse cluster. This will detour some people for the build but ¯\_(ツ)_/
