PoE League Starter builds without Ashes of the Stars, Crystallised Omniscience, Headhunter, Mageblood

Want to try out Flicker Strike next league so i decided to make myself a flicker strike chieftain, probably as my leaguestarter. I have never played flicker strike before so any advice or feedback is appreciated. Will go for chieftain ascendancy nodes for strikes and melding. Tawhoas seems to be RLY good flicker strike next patch right ? Will probably change into voidforge flicker later on in the league so if anyone has some tips or PoBs for that would be appreciated. I am thinking of League Starting Chieftain EA ballista, because I feel like it makes more sense than Champion, and can maybe be more "tanky". I would be using the following nodes: Tsalio \- easy resists, 50% of fire res is lightning and cold Valako \- free melding of the flesh with no downsides, stacking max fire res, 90% all res for cheap Arohongui - with enough life regen on gear, this can make our EA ballistas feel really tanky, and they taunt for us while also recouping 10% of their damage taken as life to us, which will feel really good Ramako or Nganahu \- so depen

Start with Galvanic Arrow , Rain of arrows and then explosive arrow. First buy, always quill rain, as soon as you can afford it ( ranges from 1 alch to 2 chaos on league start) NO PIERCE, NO CHAIN, NO FORK, NO ADDED FLAT FIRE DAMAGE ( % is fine, just not something that says 4- 12 fire damage to attacks, until you remove elemental equilibrium) I didnt add any gear to the trees for the non crit version. The reason for that is that you dont need anything specific. Just fill your resistances, stats you need and try to spell suppress cap ( really easy as a raider). You can use Point blank Keyston

Arcane surge on Assassin's mark is a placeholder for arcane surge coming from the cluster jewel. With Overcharge, Shock nova can shock for 62% a pinacle boss. The pen supports with vaal storm call are just here to simulate the "ignore monsters resistance". If the gem duration is too low to support a new use, maybe use a 24 charge soul ripper and rely on the 6 souls gained by 2% life dealt to unique instead.

Then convert that armour to Damage with replica dreamfeather. replica dreamfeather isn't too bad to solo farm. Formless flame as well. Getting red nightmare will probably be a nightmare.
