PoE Trickster, Chaining builds

Was very interested by this gem when I saw it, I have barely made any builds before in POE so any advice would be more than appreciated! Budget isn't really a problem, just want to clear some T16s while having fun on a somewhat tanky build

I've been working on this build for a bit over a week now, spending more time in POB and trade than actually playing several of those days. I've been wanting to post it here for a while, but I wanted to see how far I could push it first. I've nearly reached the end of what I can reasonably change with my current understanding of the game however, and a few people in another post were requesting a pob, so I've decided to post today. First things first, this is a Trickster with a Ralakesh/Replica Badge core with a current charge count of 12/12/5. I've managed to hit 90/90/90/76 res, 100% spell

A few people asked me for a POB for build I'm playing. Should note it's not mine (further down). It's far from optimised, but this is it. I need better charms for crit multi per power charge, unstable infusion, better chest and helmet, better jewels now I don't need as much res and str/dex. For what it is though I run 8 map mod legion in T16 jungle valleys, as many whisps as I can get. I can tank almost anything and the map mods have to be dicey af and a few things have to line up to one shot me. Most of the budget is MB for 150 Div when I got it and maybe another 25 Div for everything else

Rambling follows: I've been wanting to run a non-crit lightning build as long as I've been aware of the mastery, but never managed to make a decent enough PoB. I always end up all over the place. I'm excited for the new lightning skills and the trickster rework. Everytime I'm tinkering with lightning builds I'm kinda lost on the main skill even. I'd like to get power out of Orb of Storms, so I'd like a skill that I can spam, but I feel they're all clunky one way or other. And I feel like I'm missing some tricks to get dps up anyway. I've got a ton of hours in PoE and want to league start a selfmade build in SSF this upcoming league. The idea is to use arc in a 6 link (with overcharge support) to deliver fat shocks and to use a 6 linked lightning conduit for actual damage. Im not worried about the damage numbers etc since PoB isn't updated yet and all that, but how does the tree/links look? All items I put in the build are also very basic.
