PoE 3.23 Affliction Delve builds

Abusing the high base damage and crit of soulrend of reaping, we can just ignore external sources of dmg and just scale gem levels. we further scale it by going crit and we get that from spark gloves. the rest is self explanatory by looking at the items

There are some concessions, but not as many as you may think. Big Concessions: 1. You must drop Kalandra's or Blastrain (on your second manaforged setup). I think dropping blast rain makes sense, but I happened to randomly hit an unset ring that is just better than my current helical ring so I run that. This is my league starter Necro build for Affliction. I've been playing pretty much exclusively minion builds since Delve league. I've put together successfully, almost every SRS variation out there (I'm sure there's more variations that I haven't thought of, but every conversions at least - Fire/cold/light/chaos/phys/pop). SHOCK EFFECT I've tested shock effect vs Uber Pinnacle Bosses. It ranges from 35% to 42%. The boss died before it got higher I guess lol. The test was conducted using my rare crafted stygian vise belt, not HH.

My take on Jung's Double CoC build. It's more of a "Double CoC+Trigger, power charge stacking, curse stacking, ailment stacking, overcharged hexblast" thing lol.
