PoE 3.23 Affliction Inveterate, Cold builds

I'm wrapping up Affliction, which I (and many others) likely consider to be the most successful league I've experienced ever, and I have assembled a character that I'm proud of and believe may be of some interest (I've seen a number of posts asking for help using Tornado Shot in juiced maps). Thanks to some people on the official discord, I fixed an error with this build. It turns out my CDR/trigger rate was not correct and my damage was significantly lower than I thought. I had to spend a couple of hours changing up my tree and some items then do all the bosses again. Now my project build is done, I don't recommend doing this build. Showcase: PoB:

Spent a day working on this pob. I doubt I'll ever be able to actually use the build due to the high costs of the items I decided to use, specifically some of the double corrupts and rares, but I wanted to show this off and get some input on making it better. As I approach the end of my first campaign run, I've spent several hours in PoB trying to make an Ice Shot Deadeye build and would appreciate any feedback on whether I've missed any glaring gameplay mechanics, adjustments etc that could enhance the playstyle further.
