PoE 3.23 Affliction Inveterate, Cold builds

As I approach the end of my first campaign run, I've spent several hours in PoB trying to make an Ice Shot Deadeye build and would appreciate any feedback on whether I've missed any glaring gameplay mechanics, adjustments etc that could enhance the playstyle further. TRINITY IS A DEAD MEME UNFORUNATELY, for endgame BLIZZARD CROWN IS IN THE MEME BIN NEXT TO TRINITY The hardest part of this build on league-start, by far, is Act1. Feel like I hit a brick wall with this build, I got it to be pretty tanky and I can even survive t16 whisped maps and tank through some crazy mobs, but my DPS feels lacking. POB Linked below, looking for suggestions on how to take it farther from here. Have about 30-40 Div liquiid for upgrades, but I feel like itll take more than that to pump the damage up. I am running a Dissolution of Flesh + Rathpith build where I have 6k max HP but I'm running around on 1hp due to DoF. I recently got full ailment immunity, removing my need for Soul of the Brine King Major God power. Can I drop Brine King and be safe with not being stunned every 0.5 seconds or should I keep it cause I think stun is based on hp? Thanks in advance! My build in case its needed:

Disclaimer this is just a fun side project that i am working on and also my first time doing a low tolerance build, so there might be intricacies that I am unaware of. Also extremely expensive build please do not try. You have been warned.
