PoE Power Siphon, League Starter, Lightning builds

So this was my league start this league. It was made to clear really quickly, get map completion, buy the boss carries for 4 voidstones, and farm whatever low tier content that is profitable at the current moment. Once i get currency i buy something that is the new "thing" of the league. This is a 10c budget build. I don't think any build can get this clear at this content at that budget. To start off, don't play this if you love yourself. It'll most likely ruin your league start. The basic idea is simple. Self ignite with double Mokou's + Unleash FR, which gives you a 1 - 0.5\ chance to ignite yourself, i.e. you'll whiff with a probability of 6%. I will conveniently ignore this fact. With Lethe Shade, Ignites last 8 seconds, so it's basically a steriod that we have to cast once every 8 seconds. To make this kinda worthwhile we need/get a few extra things: 1. Unaffected by ignite. While we hit ourselves only for 10% (40%) of max life per FR cast, everything else also ignit

I plan to make an ascendant wander as my starter this league, I created 2 POB looking some builds in poe ninja and changing some parts, but i haven't decided which one is better because I don't feel like I know the build that well and I'm not the best at POB. The first POB has more damage ( but i feel that it's more expensive that a true starter , the second one (h I feel it's cheaper but the items are very different.
