PoE Occultist, Spell, Blight builds

Yo fellas, lets talk about Cold BV and using the new Ring Anathema. I leaguestarted right away with this Build as I saw the last line on the "Asphyxia's Wrath" Quiver and "Anathema" the new Curse Ring which sets your Curse Limit at your Maximum Power Charges. The last line says "Hexes transfer to all enemies in a range of 30 when hexed enemies dies". Since most Cold BV builds already playing with this Quiver and have a lot of Power Charges, this would be the perfect Playground. This is my first build from ground up that doesn't suck at first sight. It's an affordable, simple Blight occultist. Blight is chaos which can't be reflected, resisted less and it being DoT means we are dealing damage even when dodging. This is my DO build this league: Estimated budget: 10 ex (probably less now) Damage : 500k aura farming DPS (a fairly conservative estimate) and there is also level 26 Vaal Blight (20 from gem, +5 from level 3 empower and +1 from level 2 awakened void manipulation) for more damage. Hi All, First time build post, long time player. Started in BETA took a few years off in the middle and came back last league - having a blast with this one. I have had some great luck this league and found some nice items to support the build. My goal was to make a fast mapper that also handle high tier bosses and get through all content if I chose too.
