PoE Hierophant, Movement builds without Ball Lightning of Orbiting, Freezing Pulse, Power Siphon of the Archmage, Shockwave Totem

Ever since the Timeless Jewel Chainbreaker Keystone rework last league (Grants 1 Rage regenerated for every 25 Mana Regeneration per second) I've wanted to make a mana-regen stacking character that takes advantage of nearly permanent berserk. This seems too challenging with available sources of flat mana per second, so mana stacking was the way I chose. Berserk favors attacks so Mind of the Council was a no brainer. However, not being able to regenerate mana because of Chainbreaker makes it hard to sustain typical Mind over Matter defenses, so I instead decided to make use of the Hiero

PoB: Character is lvl 81 so there is room for more. I also forgot to activate Righteous Fire on the video, so I was missing 40% more damage. Mapping is okay, not the kind of walking simulator you'd get with a RF Inquisitor, but it can do it. Core concept is not new, Indigon + Arcane cloak. The PoB is really far from min/max and the gear was around 7ex total.

Yo I made a build and am feeling too lazy to make a video for it. Here's the POB. it can do exarch/eater/sirus/maven/all invitations deathless. tanky and great aoe boss damage, clear isn't the best but it's not the worst. I think furthest I got in simulacrum was 26 or so, but ya know mod rng and stuff and I attempted a total of 2 I believe (I haven't played in a few weeks). Idk feel free to ask questions but I might not remember. no idea what the gear is worth, I think I made everything besides the boots. gl

Let me start this off with this build is not viable, it does no damage, and by no damage, I mean it literally does less than 10k damage a second. However, this build should hopefully not be able to die to anything. I haven't been able to create it yet, but from a purely theoretical standpoint, you have so much effective HP that damage becomes negligible. In addition we make use of absorption charges with 11 charges, basically meaning that if elemental damage isn't one-shotting us, it is healing us instead. Buckle up, because this turned out long. TL;DR: I think there's a lot of potential here that people aren't exploring because the skill feels clunky at first. Since the start of this league, it's been my stubborn obsession to make Stormbind work well. I think I've done it (keyword think -- I don't play a ton). Here's a rough POB based off my own character but with some of the supports and gem levels idealized, though I haven't worked on itemization.
