PoE Cast when Damage Taken, Steelskin, Nova builds

Lots of improvments to be made just needed a base idea before I leauge start. Gloves are w.e Might not need some of the lines on chest. Corrupt boots. Sublime/Haste aura? Sublime/ other auras? Different Aura/ Watchers eye Sanctuary? Better Anoint? Better Cluster Annilahting light test at some point. Lasting Tempest to fix not freezing ubers? 21 ice nova, fuck that its going to be 50div this leauge.

Hello guys, I got this idea for an Occultist build inspired by the elemental dot buffs and the new chaos mastery revealed. I worked on this idea a few days ago, but the new chaos mastery reveal seems a pretty good fit for this build so, I included it in my build. Ok, a few words first. I want to point out that this build is not what someone would call "optimal", but it combines various features to create a beautiful result and what I would call a fun playing experience.
