The build can do pretty much all content. Immune to Ignite, Shock, Freeze, Poison, Corrupted Blood, Temporal Chains,Elemental Weakness and has a pretty good stun avoidance

Mainly contents i'v been doing with this build: The feared farm Guardians farm Uber bosses

Some possible upgrades:
Getting a better mirrored ring or swithing to a +1 Power charge ring
+1 Power charge implicit on helm
T0 Cooldown recovery on boots
Better jewels
Lvl 5 awakened empower
+2 / +3 gems corrupted farrul
