Hey folks, TLDR: Don't league start Cobra Lash, its expensive to get it working! Wanted to give a short review for my Cobra Lash league starter. For anyone who wants a more hipster build that isn't DD, seismic, EA, RF, or any of the other really strong meta builds but also doesn't want some straight garbage, I present to you my 3.18 HCSSF league start. This build is designed for the HCSSF environment. I have no idea how it is in SC trade. Probably worse because it's not as zoomy and has too much invested in defenses.
