Always eramir(kill all). Build requires all passive points possible. How do i fix mana cost of the build? there are 3 ways to fix this: 1. Non-channeling on rings 2. Watcher's eye with Non-channeling 3. Reduced mana cost wheel Try to avoid taking the wheel, only if you can't buy rings or Watcher's eye at that moment. Dagger or Claw? Dagger is good because you can get +50% projectile speed mastery which makes build feel better and more damage overall. Use eldritch currency for suffixes.
