PoE Witch, League Starter, Hex builds

Setting expectations No, this is not a new meta breaker and it's not supposed to be. Hey folks, I've finally finished my video on my top 5 minion league starters for 3.22. The builds use inexpensive gear for the league start versions and should be decent at doing both ToTa and Sanctum. Some of them can be scaled well into the late game so it's worth checking out if that's something on your mind. Enjoy! So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. First off, let me get this out of the way. This isn't going to be a meta build, there's probably better selfcast builds than this too, and i'm sure mines will do better damage. I just hate mines and don't want to play it, and wanted to see what I can do with Archmage on leaguestart. Also many of the more popular ways to scale hexblast involve some very expensive uniques, and since most traditional archmage items are relatively cheap (Ivory Tower <5c launch day).
