This is not a build guide, just a FYI for players looking for infos on Lightning Tendrils after the selfcast buff. This is my slow tempo league starter, and its facetanking minotaur and hydra at once, boss dps is around 3 mil. It is heavily based on the interactions showed by u/james_poe earlier in scourge. The build use some interactions between recoup, mom, petrified blood, energy shield and frost shield to soften up the damage taken on life and regain it overtime. Okay so this build kind of originated off of one of my favorite unique swords Dreadbeak. The idea is to boost base damage with bloodthirst and reserve exactly or slightly above 50% of life for permanent low life.
