PoE 3.16 BB/BF Spellslinger Inquisitor guide. Tanky, cheap, awesome for league start and on a budget

Want to rock 5mil DPS and facetank T16 maps for under 7 exalts? Check out this Inquisitor build for Path of Exile 3.16, Scourge league. Take advantage of synergistic damage bonuses from the Inquisitor ascendancy and new cluster masteries to pump your damage immensely while exploiting life regen mechanics to cruise through the toughest of fights. The mechanics of this build can be a little tricky, but when all the pieces fit together, it's a ton of fun to play and handles end-game content very smoothly. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
