Big Strength Big AoE Big $$$ Regrets

Strength stacker was the character I told myself I was going to go big on min-maxing some really nice gear and right out the gate I believe this limited my ability to critically think and min-max a good build. I have often been critical of those who have boat loads of currency to spend and don't really theorycraft/min-max their characters well given the problems are solved via mostly just throwing money at builds rather than min-maxing how the character is put together. I find myself doing exactly that on this character and have some internal frustration with myself and this character because of it. Because of this I want to take a fairly large step back from this trend of blowing currency left and right and come back to a more reasonable currency investment and build approach because I believe ultimately its something necessary for me to push myself towards doing right now to reverse this trend I am seeing in myself towards solving my builds problems via more currency or just ultimately purposefully being wasteful in how I put my characters together. My goal is to be a good build creator and part of that is making reliably strong characters on affordable budgets so this is my personal wakeup call to re-center myself towards that. Not to say I won't ever build a min-maxed/expensive character ever again but to prioritize affordable characters more often.
