PoE 3.23 Affliction Fire builds without Arcane Cloak, Immortal Call, Steelskin

A 100% MoM character has been possible for the past couple league in standard but I couldn't afford it (double PC rings, weapon trees). Now with the MoM from TWWT, it's much easier to achieve 100%. PoB: The build focuses on mana and recovery, notably recoup and the regen from TWWT. For additional mitigation, the build uses Chaos Inoculation and Divine Flesh. Sup guys. I'm trying to put a starter together and I know a lot of people have played it, but I'm struggling to get the right configuration in POB to not inflate numbers. I got Waggle's first day POB and tried to set it up the best I could with his full geared characters. I never played a DD char before and as said earlier I dont wanna put an unrealistic config. &x200B;
