A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

Previous link: Previous POB: Current POB (minus configuration because I don't know how): Posted about this nearly a week ago, didn't get much traction. I would still like some suggestions on how to push the build a bit further and improve it for more quality of life, smoothness of play, and be able to try more pinnacle/aspirational content since this league has been insanely cracked. TRINITY IS A DEAD MEME UNFORUNATELY, for endgame BLIZZARD CROWN IS IN THE MEME BIN NEXT TO TRINITY The hardest part of this build on league-start, by far, is Act1. To get past Brutus and Merveil, you can use any combination you want, but it's going to kind of suck no matter what. You can use: Stormblast Mine + Orb of Storms Puncture + Chance to Bleed Viper Strike + Chance to Poison/Efficacy Ancestral Protector + Frost Blades + Frost Bomb Blade Trap o
