PoE Chaos Inoculation, League Starter builds

After watching Empyrian's newest video, I was reminded of world carver and was curious if I could put something together that actually resembled something useful while mapping/bossing. To catch those interested up, World Carver gloves place a slipstream on the ground once you spend 200 mana with a 4 second cooldown. If you combine that with Torrent's Reclamation, and Tailwind from Deadeye Ascendent node, you end up with 28% increased action speed. That got my attention because Gale Force gets you up to 20% action speed alone by increasing Tailwinds effect by 150%, and adding Slipstre

Here's my take on Zombie Guardian for aHC, but certainly viable in aSC as well. Any tips or criticism welcome, especially on Zombies part. I've leveled similar builds to 100 for 3 leagues now on HC leagues, but with Spectres and Spiders, never Zombies. This time I decided on Zombies. As my playstyle is holding down Shield Charge, Zombies should attack everything without Feeding Frenzy, but if I find that doesn't work, then I need to socket in Feeding Frenzy for them. Just got done making my first build for 3.16, figured I'd share. This is NOT a league starter, you will have to do a starter build (probably necro DD) to get the gear to play it. Flasks and stats on rares, excluding required (or really good) rolls, are left blank to be filled as you wish. Rare stats will be maximizing energy shield, capping resists, capping stat reqs, getting minion life rolls, and getting chaos gem levels or chaos damage.
