PoE Inpulsa's Broken Heart builds with custom stat filters

Hi All, I looked at a few builds on PoeNinja and mashed a couple together to put this halfbreed together. I was hoping to get a bit more damage while keeping the tankiness, as i don't like getting 1 shot all the time and would like to make it to 100 with this char. Currently using Inpulsa to clear maps faster i do have a Dialla's Malefaction for bossing. Pob - Any help or guidance is greatly apprecated.

Hey all, Making a habit of sharing all my builds on here. This one is very budget-friendly, clears fast, and is essentially a right-mouse-click-only setup if that entices you. I think it has very high single target potential with a Squire shield but I'm too broke to afford one right now. Probably 70-80ex spent on the gear. +2 inpulsa (10ex) awakened spell echo (16ex) and unnatural instinct (10ex) are the most expensive items.
