[POE 3.26] Elementalist Spark Tanky Build, T17 Viable, Low-Mid Budget

Low-Mid budget Elementalist Spark build (made on the base of my Arc version that I posted few days ago, with very few changes, check pinned comment) which is still pretty tanky and can do T17 maps. 27M POB DPS (but real dps in game is 10-15M, not all sparks always hit, works as 20-27M only in small rooms or near the walls), 5.5k life, 26k armour, 11k evasion, 100% spell suppression, 59/30 block, 49% of melee dmg is taken from stone golem, up to 20% less dmg taken from flesh and stone, 19% less dmg taken from enfeeble, 20% less dmg taken from shaper of winter, 17% less dmg taken from sigil of power, Immune to freeze and shock. So, it's pretty tanky and can easily tank Shaper Slam and other big hits. This build doesn't use any expensive mandatory items, so it can be used as a league starter (it will work without Doryani's Prototype, just need to use conductivity curse to get some dmg back). Later can swap to Herald of Thunder or any other lightning skill.

Mercenary: I use Fallen Reverend with Zealotry aura geared with Doryani's Prototype, 2 rings with minus lightning res, Perquils' Toe amulet for extra dps. Other good mercenaries are here: 9:31

Budget: I spent 18.5 div total (but take into account that most items here are from my Arc version, so I bought them 5-6 days ago, prices probably already changed). I replaced only skill gem (Arc - Spark of the Nova), amulet and bought medium cluster to get +1 pierce and a bit of proj speed. All gear purchases were recorded 7:22.
