[POE 3.28 Ready] Low Budget Elementalist Spark Starter Build, Perfect for Mapping

Low budget Elementalist Spark build, pretty tanky and can do T17 maps (still t17 bosses can be hard). 22M POB DPS, 5k life, 23k armour, 9k evasion, 100% spell suppression, 62% attack block, 37% of melee dmg is taken from stone golem, up to 20% less dmg taken from flesh and stone, 20% less dmg taken from shaper of winter, 17% less dmg taken from sigil of power, Immune to freeze and shock, 40% of enemies phys dmg is converted to fire. So, it's pretty tanky and can easily tank Shaper Slam and other big hits. This build doesn't use any expensive mandatory items, so it can be used as a league starter. Later can swap to Herald of Thunder or any other lightning skill.
