Build Idea taken from poe forum : https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3805226 and i made some adjustments myself
Build works great with lots of defences, full block, 100% spell suppression, auras from spectres but there are a lot of map mods that are not do-able and boss damage is lacking. Staff version will have more damage but less defences. I dislike rerolling maps as my necro holy relic and tornado inquisitor can do almost all map mods so i will move on to another build for now.
