[POE 3.26] Elementalist Arc Build, Tanky on Low Budget, T17 Viable

Low budget Elementalist Arc build which is still pretty tanky and can do T17 maps. 10M DPS, 5.5k life, 26k armour, 11k evasion, 100% spell suppression, 59/30 block, 49% of melee dmg is taken from stone golem, up to 20% less dmg taken from flesh and stone, 19% less dmg taken from enfeeble, 20% less dmg taken from shaper of winter, 17% less dmg taken from sigil of power, Immune to freeze and shock. So, it's pretty tanky and can easily tank Shaper Slam and other big hits. This build doesn't use any expensive mandatory items, so it can be used as a league starter (it will work without Doryani's Prototype, just need to use conductivity curse to get some dmg back). Later can swap to Herald of Thunder or anything else.

Mercenary: I use Fallen Reverend with Zealotry aura geared with Doryani's Prototype, 2 rings with minus lightning res, Perquils' Toe amulet for extra dps. Other good mercenaries are here: 9:54
