Vengeant Cascade amulet annoint makes it work(somewhat) Imo its too expensive to be this mediocre(ish?) Maps are kind of very smooth and it definitely performs better than cold dot but then again it costs at least 100 divines more :D Pob:https://pastebin.com/8EbSDVLf Anyway for next league i will probably try ice arrow version since it should be even more expensive(not as a league starter tho lol)
