PoE Herald of Agony, Ranger builds

I watched the recent showcase of a Poison Transcendence SST Pathfinder and have been messing around PoB ever since. I've managed to combine gear from poe.trade and have come up with a PoB that seems decently tanky while being able to get respectable dps. I'm curious to see if you guys have any improvements or suggestions. I stole the idea of using phantasmal vengeance to passively generate rage in crowded groups and also should be able to get nearly 100% up

For your brutal critique and improvement suggestions: 3.15 Max Ward Unseen Strike. I wanted to make something with max ward, using Nightgrip. Originally planned to used faithguard also, and scale increased energy shield. That worked well for an int stacking whispering ice build, but wasn't the play style I wanted. Video above is a T16 phoenix map, skipped the expedition so you didn't have to see me place barrels. Love this build, and I almost always dislike builds like this. I'm theorycrafting a Spectral Shield Throw Cast on Crit Ethereal Knives Deadeye. The last post on this topic seems to be around a year ago, and seemed to conclude that it's not worth it to use CoC with SST.
